-Hypnotherapy sessions -- The knowledge of the subconscious mind and its influences is incorporated into all of the mentoring sessions and helps with self discover and unleashing inner barriers. This knowleged of the unseen operating systems that keep us stuck in old patterns, was attained over 4 years of formal education as a Certified Clinical-Counselling Hypnotherapist and 4 years of formal education in Women specific studies of the unconscious and social conditioning.
Professional energetic healing sessions in person or long distance, with an emphases on spiritual alignment with one's own higher self and physical wellbeing
Support to expand creativity and intuitive connections. Expressive art sessions are occasionally offered.
All of this work supports identity level shifts to a higher state of Being, for real life transitions and manifestations.
